Baker Tilly in South East Europe has welcomed to its team the new University graduates, at its headquarters in Nicosia. The newcomers have been included in the company’s training programs for acquisition of professional ACA / ACCA qualifications, becoming part of the human capital of Baker Tilly in Cyprus.
Mr. Marios A. Klitou, Chief Executive Officer of Baker Tilly, as well as the company’s Human Resources team, welcomed the new members at a workshop organized to inform them about the company’s activities as well as for their training program.

The company’s Human Resources Director, Mr. George Christodoulides, added that the new team members were selected through the Assessment Centers’ method, which was recently implemented by the company. At the same time, he stressed the importance of the culture of Baker Tilly in South East Europe, with respect to the human factor, communication, cooperation and development of company executives are achieved.
It is also worth noting that Baker Tilly has employ hundreds of university graduates in the region of Southeast Europe where it operates to date. With the experience and knowledge they have gained from their training with the company, today they have managed to advance and to hold key positions both in Cyprus and abroad.
